School District Exposed: Don’t Eat That! You Won’t Believe What They Are Feeding Your Kids!
When you send your kids to school, you expect them to get a good education and if you are a busy full-time working parent, that utilizes the food services for your child, you’d expect the district to provide each student with nutritious and delicious meals every day – but don’t bet on it!
Students of the Prince George’s County are taking to social media to expose the horrible food that schools are forcing them to eat in the state of Maryland. The food, students claim, have been molded, expired and sometimes undercooked!
“I’ve gotten lunch were my Mandarin oranges have had mold. There has been instances where lunch ladies have had to collect our food because it’s been expired. Our milk has been expired. I’ve opened up apple juice cartons and it’s been green,” says high school student, Tamara Perry.
Perry, wise beyond her years, continues to explain one of the most important problems with this food issue, “For some of the population of students, that’s their only lunch. So, you’re putting them in a sticky situation where they can either continue to starve or they eat it because that’s the only food they have to eat.”
This is NOT okay! Students that have no other choice and no other way to eat either starve or eat disgusting food that can make them sick! This is crazy!
