Stephen King Has The BEST Response Yet To Indiana’s ‘Anti-Gay’ Law.
In March, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence signed into law the “Religious Freedom Restoration Act” which allows individuals and companies to cite “Religious Freedom” if sued for discrimination.
It’s a law that spews hate and allows legal discrimination against the LGBT community in that state.
Well, Stephen King was going to make sure his opinion was heard.
He kept his response to Indiana’s new anti-gay loss short and sweet.
In a statement on Twitter Monday, King made his voice heard, “Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act is gay discrimination, pure and simple. You can frost a dog turd, but it’s still a dog turd.”
The governor has since called for an amendment to clarify the legislation would not discriminate against members of the LGBT community.
But let’s call it what it is, it’s a law that protects hateful people and their hateful ways!
