Possibly a person and you don’t want to meet in a dark alley, right?
Well, when this girl decided to tattoo her face, the results are not exactly what you might be thinking of.
It’s called tattoo camouflaging. It helps people who have been severely scarred, or people who have lost pigment in their skin, to change the way they look.
