This is probably the worst customer service ever! This is definitely no way to handle and upset customer.
When trying to order at the drive through, a Wendy’s manager had trouble hearing on the handset. As they tried to communicate, the manager told her, “I can’t hear because of that black man in the background.”
Upset at the way she was treated, the customer when inside to confront the manager. This is what happened.
