VP Joe Biden is in the news for making “Clinton” type of gestures to Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s wife.
During Carter’s swearing in ceremony on Tuesday VP Joe Biden was getting a little too touchy-feely with Carter’s wife.
For a few seconds, Biden puts both hands on Carter’s wife’s shoulders.
Then Biden takes it a step further, getting really close to whisper something in her ear.
In a very uncomfortable situation, Carter then reaches over and put his hand on his wife’s shoulder.
