In the 1950s and 1960s a Georgia Dr. name Thomas Jaguarthy Hicks did the unthinkable to new mothers after their babies were born.
He told nearly 200 pregnant mothers, after they gave birth, that their babies had died. However, the truth is, Hicks was selling them to out-of-state couples.
