5 Quick Steps To Get Bikini Ready For Summertime!
Summertime is almost here.

- Water Water Water!
In order to lose weight, you need to drink at least 100 ounces of water daily. I know it seems difficult, but here are some tips:
Drink an 8 ounce glass of water, preferably with lemon to alkalize the water, every few hours. First glass at rising and last glass right before bed. A glass before each meal and in between meals. This will help keep you full, and well hydrated. Water flushes out fat, keeps you looking young, keeps you regular and puts off your cravings.
- Add New Foods To Your Diet
Think about the healthy foods like greens and bright colored vegetables.
Eat these first, if you still want the fries, then go for it. But you will probably be too satisfied with the healthy choices, and not want the bad stuff.
- Portion Control
Be conscious of your portions.
Use a salad plate instead of a large dinner plate. Portion sizes really add up! The smaller the plate, the less chance you have of overeating!
- Get Moving!
Think about what you loved doing as a kid.
Playing outside, running, climbing trees! Get some fresh air and get outside, brisk walking or running is a great start! Join a kickboxing class to get out your frustrations. Your body will thank you!
