A Neglectful Owner Tied His Dog To A Tree During A Storm, Wait Til You See What Happened.
There are people out there that should NEVER be allowed to own a dog. Unfortunately for this dog his owner is one of them.
The video below shows a boxer that was tied to a tree in Denver, Colorado during a horrific storm.
Fortunately, a goodhearted neighbor ran out into the rain to rescue this pup.
As she released the dog from the tree, he sat there looking a little confused and still would not move. So the woman ran back outside once more, grabbed the dog and brought it into her home.
