Weird Cloud Falls From The Sky. An explainable cloud is seen floating through the sky with two bright lights behind it. It eventually comes falling down to the ground and stays put in front of a chain link fence. A man approaches this “cloud” and puts his hand through it, carving out a small whole within it.
