This Little Pup Was Beaten And Thrown In A River Will Anger You – But His Rescue Will Inspire You!
Hope For Paws, a nonprofit animal rescue, saved this fragile puppy who was thrown down 30 feet into a canal, but not before a homeless man cut off his foot.
They found the pup shivering in the river and immediately went in to rescue him.
The poor little guy was scared and could barely move at all – He was moaning and squealing in pain.
They immediately took the pup, they now called Jordan, to the hospital.
He was too weak to undergo any major surgery on his foot right away, so he was given fluids and bandaged up until you gained enough strength.
Jordan suffered malnutrition and bacterial infections.
By the third day Jordan was strong enough for a bath – the next day he got a blood transfusion.
Shortly after that, he was strong enough to have the surgery on his amputated foot.
Jordan is now in a foster home, and doing very well with his foster sister.
